• Scout: If you have a watch you are interested in purchasing, you can request a scout to us. We will search for listings of the requested watch from our known online dealers and share the results with you. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee the availability, authenticity, or condition of any items listed through our platform.
6. User Responsibilities
• Selling: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that listed items are authentic and accurately described. They must also respond to questions from prospective buyers to the best of their ability. To protect against fraudulent claims, sellers are encouraged to take detailed photos or videos of the watch and the shipping process. Treasure Owl is not liable for disputes regarding the authenticity, condition, or pricing of items.
• Buying: Buyers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing item descriptions, photos, and seller ratings before making a purchase. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers, and Treasure Owl does not guarantee the quality or condition of any items.
